Good news! The City of Hot Springs is in the process of transitioning to a new payment system, BS&A Services.

As the system migrates, beginning at noon on July 17 through July 29, online and pay-by-phone payments will temporarily be unavailable. During this time, payments may still be made by cash or check and can be placed in one of the City’s drop boxes or delivered to the Utilities Billing Office located at 324 Malvern Avenue.

Customers set up on bank-draft will NOT be affected.

The City’s drop box locations are: ***Cash is not encouraged to be placed into drop boxes***

• Parking lot at 111 Opera Street near City Hall
• In front of the airport terminal building
• Lower parking lot entrance at 324 Malvern Avenue
